What is a signature cocktail with a Mediterranean twist?<\/h2>\n

A signature cocktail<\/strong> isn’t simply a drink with alcohol; it’s an original creation<\/strong>, crafted by a bartender with a style of their own. At Ziryab, that style is shaped by ingredients we also use in our kitchen: sumac, fresh mint, dates, pomegranate, rose water or zaatar<\/strong>.
