Our house dips with mini-pitta:
– Melon and mint Tsatsiki (with optional cured ham sprinkles)

– Kalamata olive tapenade with garlic confit
– Chickpea hummus of sun-dried tomato and capers

           – Smoked aubergine (eggplant) with oriental pomegranate syrup

 – Spicy red pepper Syrian style

 – Caramelised leek, bacon and goat’s cheese
