Ras-el-hanout- roasted nuts
Marinated sumaque olives

Winter soup of beetroot and oats

Step 2: Tapas Promenade…

Medjoul dates wrapped in bacon
Spiced apple curry croquetas
Halloumi cheese, pumpkin & fig jam
Leek cooked at low temperature with romesco sauce

Step 3: 5-Star Hotel…

Made from the grape Listán Blanco, aged under a layer of natural yeast inside the barrel. Notes of sherry.
