The meal comes in several surprise stages, including appetisers, tapas tasters, main courses and desserts. With this menu, our guest will have:

• A taster of vermouth (or non-alcoholic alternative) with some appetisers,
• Followed by the selection of Ziryab home made dips with mini-pitta (the house classic!),
• The tapas tasters with specialised ingredients from all around the Mediterranean coastal countries blended with very local flavours and ingredients.
• And finally, some delicious main courses that can also be shared among the group, and a selection of our delicious home-made desserts.

• Explanations on all the types of food, flavours and ingredients
• Mineral water included in the menu
